Fry or saute bhindi/ ladyfinger 7 mints.4. Add salt as per taste5. Add Turmeric powder 1 TSP6. Add 2 TBSP oil in same pan7. Add 1 TSP black Cumin Seeds8. Add 2 TBSP onion paste9. Add 1 TBSP garlic paste10. Add 2 green chilli11. Cook till color change 12. Add hot oil 1 TBSP if required13. Add Salt as per taste14. Cook till color changed 15. Add red chilli powder 2 TSP16. Add cumin powder 1 TSP17. Add ½ cup water18. Cook till color changed into brown19. Add 2 TPSP whisked curd20. Mix it nicely21. Add fried Bhindee/ ladyfinger22. Mix it nicely23. Cover the lid 7 mints 24. Add ¼ cup water ( use 2 times separately if required)25. Add Mayonnaise ( 1 TBSP)26. Mix it nicely27. Add 1 TBSP Ghee28. Add homemade Garam masala ( optional)29.
