Bhindi Masala
Ingredient
1. Bhindi/ ladyfinger 250 gm
2. 4 TBSP oil
3. Salt
4. Turmeric powder 1 TSP
5. Black Cumin Seeds 1 TSP
6. Onion paste 2 TBSP
7. Garlic paste 1 TBSP
8. 2 green chilli
9. Red chilli powder 2 TSP
10. Cumin powder 1 TSP
11. Whisked curd 2 TPSP
12. Garam Masala ( optional)
13. Ghee 1 TBSP

How to cook?
1. In a pan add 2 TBSP oil
2. Add Bhindi/ ladyfinger 250 grm
3. Fry or saute bhindi/ ladyfinger 7 mints.
4. Add salt as per taste
5. Add Turmeric powder 1 TSP
6. Add 2 TBSP oil in same pan
7. Add 1 TSP black Cumin Seeds
8. Add 2 TBSP onion paste
9. Add 1 TBSP garlic paste
10. Add 2 green chilli
11. Cook till color change
12. Add hot oil 1 TBSP if required
13. Add Salt as per taste
14. Cook till color changed
15. Add red chilli powder 2 TSP
16. Add cumin powder 1 TSP
17. Add ½ cup water
18. Cook till color changed into brown
19. Add 2 TPSP whisked curd
20. Mix it nicely
21. Add fried Bhindee/ ladyfinger
22. Mix it nicely
23. Cover the lid 7 mints
24. Add ¼ cup water ( use 2 times separately if required)
25. Add Mayonnaise ( 1 TBSP)
26. Mix it nicely
27. Add 1 TBSP Ghee
28. Add homemade Garam masala ( optional)
29. Ready to serve with Roti/ Rice #scrollrecipe
