BHINDI KI Sabji | Ladysfinger Curry Recipe.
Vegetables:
Ladies finger, Tomato, red-green Chilly
Spices: Garlic, Red chily powder, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin seeds
Paste: Peel garlic skin, add garlic pods, red chilly and grind into thick paste.
Chop: Chop ladies finger into 1 inch size, then slit into half, Chop tomatoes finely
COOKING:
1. Heat oil in kadai, deep fry whole chily, keep aside.
2. Add cumin seeds, paste saute, add chindi stir-fry.
3. Add salt, turmeric powder stir-fry.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, mix and cook in low flame till bhindi gets cooked.
4. Remove from fire, serve with rice.
