After frying the ladyfinger, take them out and put sliced Onions till it become golden color. Now, add Garlic Paste & Ginger Paste saute this for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and add Turmeric Powder & Red Chilli Powder.Saute this for few seconds, after which you Add Mutton, stir the mutton on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes then add curd to the mix. Reduce the flame, saute this for Few minutes till the Oil is separated now add water & Salt. Now, Pressure cook the Mutton for three whistles and for another 15 to 20 minutes. After the pressure is released add Garam Masala Powder, Tamarind Paste & Fried Ladyfinger, Again cook it for another 10 minutes.
