Bheja Masala Ingredients:-Goat Brain - 3Onions- 2Cumin - 1/2 tspCurry leaves- 1 sprig Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspTurmeric- 1/2 tspGreen chillies- 3Chilli powder- 1 tspCoriander powder- 1 tspGaram masala- 1/2 tspPepper- 1/2 tspOil - 2 tspSalt - To TasteWater - As Required Method:-Boil brain in turmeric water for 4-5 minutes and keep aside. Now in a pan add oil, cumin, onions, curry leaves , salt and sauté it for few minutes. Then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and crushed pepper. Toss it well and add boiled goat brain and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 minutes closed and serve with rumali roti/ Chapathi
