Ingredients to cook Bharleli Vangi (Stuffed Brinjal):

3 onions finely chopped
5-6 whole brinjals
Water
Oil
Roasted and ground mixture of coconut, onions, dal chini (cinnamon), lavang (cloves), kali miri (black pepper), dhaniya (coriander) seeds
1 cup coconut
Coriander
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
1 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric) powder
1 tsp mix masala
