6-7 kale leaves
1 granny smith apple
1 cup cherry tomatoes
cup fried cranberries
Blue cheese
1 pomegranate

1 cup walnuts
1 tsp butter
cup sugar

shallot

1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
