Best Organic Dalia Pulav By Megha | India Food Network

This is for all health freaks out there! If you thought Pulav cannot be healthy, have a look at this recipe. The dalia pulav by Megha is as much about taste as it is about health

Ingredients:
• 1 cup shelled peas and chopped carrots
• 1 cup jowar dalia
• 1 medium sized tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• garam masala - bay leaves, star anis, cardamom and cloves
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• salt to taste
