Best Fudgy Chocolate Brownie | Eggless Ragi Brownie Recipe - Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free | Healthy Kadai

Indulge in guilt-free, healthy Ragi brownie recipe. These are gluten free, healthy, eggless brownies made with ragi flour (finger millet), its a choocolate brownie recipe without eggs. No Wheat flour, No Refined Flour, No Maida used to prepared these Chocolate Brownie recipe.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp Oil / Butter
½ cup jaggery powder
½ Curd (Use 2 eggs or 2 medium sized banana)
1 tsp vanilla extract,
3/4 cup Ragi flour (Finger Millet)
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt,
70 gms dark chocolate chips
Chopped walnuts or Cashew nuts for garnishing

Method
1. In a bowl, add oil, jaggery powder. Wisk it well till light. Add in curd, vanilla essence.
2. Sieve all the dry ingredients in it. Add ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix it well. Add in chopped Chocolate and fold well. (one can use choco chips or melted chocolate also.)
3. Grease a 9”x9” inch or 7”x7” baking dish and line with parchment paper. Transfer the batter and level it gently with back of spoon. Add chocolate chunks on the top along with chopped nuts.
4. Bake options:
Oven - 170 degrees for 30-35 min
Airfryer - 160 degrees for 20-25 min
Convection Microwave – 180 degrees for 25-30 min
Pressure cooker - lowest flame for 30-35 min
5. Cool down completely. Cut the brownie and indulge in it with vanilla icecream!
