Ingredients:
3 cups gram flour
1 & 1/2 cup Flour
2 tbsp. Oil
3 tbsp. Yogurt
1/2 cup coriander
1 medium Onion
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp crushed coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Water as required
Ghee as required
Chutney ingredients:
2-3 tbsp. Oil
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
3 large Tomato
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp Ginger sliced
6-7 Whole red chili
Directions:
In a bowl add flour, gram flour, oil, yogurt, coriander, onion, green chili, red chili flakes
crushed cumin, crushed coriander, slat, carom seeds, turmeric and mix all well.
Gradually add water and knead the dough. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
Chutney preparation:
In a blender add tomatoes, garlic clove, ginger, whole red chili and blend well.
In a pan heat oil, mustard seeds, cumin and saute for minute.
Add tomato mixture and salt.
Cook until tomatoes are cooked.
Ad sugar, lemon juice. mix it well.
Serve hot with Chutney.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
Serving: 6-8
