Besan ke Parathe Chef Harpal Singh

Besan ke parathe are a type of Indian flatbread made with gram flour (besan). They are a popular and delicious variation of parathas, which are unleavened flatbreads stuffed with various fillings or ingredients. Ingredients Quantity
Gram flour Cup
Onion chopped 1 no
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder tsp
Chat masala tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Green Chilli chopped 2 no
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1 tsp
Salt tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 2 cup

Method
1) take a bowl add besan, onion, whole coriander, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chat masala, red Chilli powder, green Chilli, ginger, cumin seed, salt to taste and oil and mix well until onion leave the water.
2) Make a dough. Add wheat flour, carom seed and salt to taste, oil. Leave for 2min rest.
3) Roll the small roti and fill the fillings of besan and fry in pan on medium flame.
4) Sprinkle the paratha on top red Chilli powder.
