Ingredients:
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Blackberries
1 Ripe Banana
1 Apple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Grapes
3 Carrots
Coconut flakes for garnish

Method:
Blend together all the ingredients with 1/2 cup water or orange juice. Stir, Garnish and Serve.
