Recipes in the eBook are also noted in grams/metric in addition to cups/imperial, and how long the recipe will last is also noted. All of the recipes are intended to be able to be eaten at room temperature or cold, so there is no need to reheat. If there is a recipe you prefer to consume warm, its best to package it separately to warm up as youd like.STUFF From this video: Bento Box: http://amzn.to/2huhKly Baking Rack: http://amzn.to/2hEwIqETURKEY CLUB PINWHEELSIngredients1 tortilla1 Tbsp hummus2 oz deli turkey3 thin cheddar slices10-12 spinach leaves1/4 roma tomato, sliced1/2 slice turkey bacon, choppedProcedureSpread hummus on tortilla.Layer deli turkey, cheese, spinach, and tomatoes on top.Sprinkle bacon pieces.Roll up tightly, sealing with a bit of hummus.Slice into pinwheels with a serrated knife. Enjoy!LENTIL EGG SALADIngredients1 cup lentils, cooked1 Tbsp Dijon mustard2 Tbsp hummus2 Tbsp Greek yogurt1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped1/2 lemon, juiced6 gherkins pickles, chopped2 hard boiled eggs, chopped2 roma tomatoes, chopped3 green onions, chopped cup shredded carrot1 celery stalk, choppedsalt, to tasteProcedureWhisk together Dijon mustard, hummus, yogurt, dill, lemon juice and salt as your dressing.Mix all ingredients into the dressing and toss lightly to coat. Season to taste.VEGGIE PACKED GUACAMOLEIngredients2 avocados1 lime, juiced2 Tbsp cilantro1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely diced 1/2 cup kale leaves, finely chopped 1/4 cup red onion, diced1 roma tomato, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup zucchini, gratedsalt & pep, to tasteProcedureMash avocado in a bowl with a fork or masher. Keep it as chunky as you prefer for your guacamole!Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Season to taste. Enjoy!HOMEMADE TORTILLA CHIPSIngredients2 small tortillas cooking spraysaltchili powderadditional preferred seasoningsProcedurePreheat oven to 350F.Cut tortillas into 6 wedges each.Spray all tortillas and sprinkle with salt/seasonings.Flip each piece, then spray and add seasonings again.Transfer to a baking rack on top of a baking sheet (or a tray lined with parchment or foil and sprayed).Bake 15-18 minutes, until crisp but not too brown. Flip once if not using a baking rack.Cool before enjoying!
