Rasgulla considered is 'King of Indian sweets'. Rasgulla is a syrupy dessert popular in the Indian subcontinent. It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of chhena (an Indian cottage cheese) cooked in light syrup made of sugar. This is done until the syrup permeates the dumplings.
It is a very popular traditional Bengali dessert. All the festivals and special occasions are incomplete without the rasgulla. Rasgulla is so soft it is literately melt in mouth . Its is very easy to make Bengali sweet.

1 Litre Full cream milk (Cow Milk)
vinegar
2 Cups Thin sugar
