Bengali Bhetki Macher Paturi Recipe | Bhetki Paturi | Scroll RecipeIngredients:• 4-5 fish pieces bhetki fish• lemon juice• Salt to taste• ½ cup mustard seeds paste• ½ cup poppy seeds paste• 2 TBSP curd• 4-5 green chillies• 1 TBSP green chilli powder• 1 TSP turmeric powder• 2 TBSP mustard oil• Banana leafStep 1:• add 4-5 fish pieces in a bowl• Add lemon juice and salt to taste mix it nicely wait for 10 mintsStep 2:Masala mix• In a bowl add ½ cup mustard seeds paste• Add ½ cup poppy seeds paste• Add 2 TBSP curd• Add green chillies• Mix it nicely • Add salt to taste• Add 1 TBSP green chilli powder• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder• Add 2 TBSP mustard oil• Mix it nicely• Add bhetki fish and marinate it for 60 mintsStep 3:• add oil in a tawa/pan• Warm the banana leaves over an open flame for 30 seconds.• place one piece of fish on the paste and put another teaspoon of paste on the top of fish piece• Fold the banana leaf to make it a square parcel and tie with thread• Heat the non-stick pan and add some oil on it and place the banana leaf wrapped fish pieces on it and cover with a lid and wait for 6-7 mints each side• Serve hot with rice==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
