Heat the Oil in a Pan2. Add Haldi (1 TSP)3. Add Potato4. Add Salt (1TSP)5. Mix It and Fry6. Add Parwal/ Patal7. Fry Aloo and Parwal nicely8. Keep separate Aloo and Pawal/Patal9. Add oil10. Add whole Cumin Seeds (1 TSP)11. In a bowl add water mix 1tsp Haldi, 1 TSP, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder (2 TSP)12. Add green Chilli13. Add Ginger14. Add in pan (water mix 1tsp Haldi, 1 TSP, Red chilli powder, Cumin powder (2 TSP))15. Add Aloo16. Cover the lid for 2 mints.17. Add water and boil it 18. Add Patal/Parwal19.
