Beetroots - 32. Onions - 1/2 Cup3. Green Chillies - 24. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon 7. Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon 8. Coriander Seeds Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon 9. Salt - 1 Teaspoon 10. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon 11. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon12. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup13. Oil - 2 TablespoonsWash, peel and grate beetroots. Heat pan and add 2 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 cup onions and fry. Add 2 chopped green chillies. Add curry leaves. Fry till onions become transparent. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix. Add grated beetroot and mix. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
