In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.4. Add beef and cook until it changes color. Add nihari masala and cook for 5 minutes.5. Add water and cover and cook for 2 hours or until meat is fully done.6. On a pan add wheat flour and roast until fragrant. Transfer it to a bowl and add water. Mix it well.7. In a bowl add beef mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, green coriander, cumin powder, egg, red chili flakes, paprika powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.11. Now take the prepared mixture and make kababs.12. Fry them from each side until fully done. Your beef kabab are ready. 13.
