Try it and share your feedback.#BeefMadrasRecipe #EasyRecipes #SooperchefBeef Madras Recipes in English:Ingredients: 1kg Beef (with bones)1/4 cup Ghee 1 cup Coconut cream 3-4 Cinnamon sticks 7-8 Cloves 2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 cup Onion (chopped) 1 tsp Red chili powder Salt to taste2 tbsp Coriander seeds1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Black peppercorn 7-8 Red chilies (dried) Green coriander for garnish Instructions: In a grinder add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies, black peppercorn, turmeric, grind them well and make a powder. In a pot boil water, add beef, cinnamon sticks, cloves and let it cook until meat gets tender. Remove the scum from it, your stock is ready, keep it aside.In a separate pan heat oil, add onion and cook until translucent, then add ginger garlic paste and beef in it and cook. Add 1 ½ tablespoon of prepared masala powder, red chili powder, salt, beef stock and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add lemon juice, coconut cream, mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until you reach the desired consistency. Your beef madras is ready.
