In a blender add poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mace, nutmeg, black cardamom, fried onion, citric acid and blend well. Your Bihari masala is ready.Directions for Beef Marination:2. In a bowl add beef, Bihari masala, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, yogurt, meat tenderizer, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Marinate for 3-4 hours.3. In a pan heat oil and add the marinated beef, cook on low medium flame for 30 minutes or until 85% done. 4. Now give them coal smoke for 1 minute and take off flame. your Bihari boti is ready.Directions for Rice Preparation:5. In a bowl add Guard Basmati Rice and water. Soak for 25-30 minutes.6. In a pot heat water and bring it to boil. Now add oil, salt, cloves, bay leaf, soaked rice and cook until 85% done. Strain and set aside.Directions for Biryani Masala Preparation:7. In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well.8. Now add tomatoes, cinnamon stick, nutmeg and mace, star anise, Cloves, black peppercorns and cook for 1-2 minutes.9. Now add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chili flakes and mix well. Add water and cook for 10 minutes or until oil separates.10. Add prepared Bihari boti and cook for 2-3 minutes. 11. Add yogurt and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame until oil appears. Your biryani masala is ready.Directions for Assembling:12. In a pot add a layer of prepared biryani masala, prepared rice, biryani masala, rice.13. Top it with tomato slices, mint leaves, green coriander, fried onion, lemon slices and cover and steam on low flame for 10 minutes. 14.
