Beef and Onions Stir Fry (Tender and Juicy Beef Recipe)

An easy Chinese beef and onions stir fry that you can enjoy as it is or with boiled white rice.

Ingredients for making this beef and onion stir fry:
1kg flank steak,
3 bulbs of spring onions,
4 garlic cloves,
1 red onion bulb,
1 tbsp of rice vinegar,
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce,
1 tbsp of light soy sauce,
1/2 tsp of baking soda,
1 tbsp of cornstarch,
2 tbsp of sesame oil,
1/2 tsp of white pepper.

The baking soda helps to tenderize the meat.

Ingredients for making the sauce:
2 tbsp of rice vinegar,
2 tsp of dark soy sauce,
1 tbsp of oyster sauce,
1 tbsp of cornstarch,
1 tsp of brown sugar,
1 tsp of white pepper.
