Give this beef alfredo pasta recipe a try and share your feedback with us.#SteakFettuccineAlfredo #Pasta #AlfredoPastaBeef Alfredo pasta Recipe:Ingredients for beef steak: Beef undercut 200g Salt to taste Black pepper 1/4 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Ingredients for Alfredo: Fettuccine pasta 4-5 rolls Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Milk 2 cups Cream 1 cup Oregano 1 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 tspParmesan powder 2 tbsp Mushroom (sliced) 1/2 cup Parsley (fresh) for sprinkle Black olives (sliced) as required Directions for beef steak: In a bowl mix salt, black pepper and oil. Marinate beef piece in it for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat a grill pan and cook each side for 6 minutes of beef piece on low medium flame. Cut thin slices of beef steak and set aside. Directions for Alfredo: Simmer water in a pot, add one tablespoon oil and pinch of salt in it. Add fettuccine rolls in simmering water and boil until 90% cooked. Strain and set aside. In a pan melt butter, add garlic and sauté it for a minute. Add milk, salt, oregano, black pepper and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add cream, parmesan powder and cook until sauce is creamy and rich in texture for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then add mushroom and give it a good mix in sauce. Lastly add boiled pasta in it, sprinkle olives and parsley on top and your pasta is ready. Dish out in a plate and top it with cooked beef slices. Serve and enjoy delicious beef alfredo pasta.
