Its probably an open secret that I am a big fan of Beauty in the Pot. We had many celebrations and gatherings at their different outlets. On some months, I probably go there once a week! Good news for the west-siders because Beauty in the Pot has opened their 6th outlet in Westgate. The Signature Beauty Collagen Broth is my favourite. Cooked with a medley of conpoy, chicken, chicken feet, pork bone and pig's trotters thats boiled for many hours, the broth is thick and rich in collagen. We always order their fresh ingredients such as Home-made Fish Tofu, Fried Beancurd Skin and Ebiko Prawn Paste. Somemore, look at the chio pastel pink interior. Whats not to love?Long queues are very common come dinner time due to the popularity, so its better to call and make your reservation in advance. Or head down for supper because all outlet opens till 3am, except Centrepoint outlet that opens till 6am.
