Shredded smoked pork cooked slow and low until mouth-wateringly tender, piled high on a juicy beef burger and topped with melted cheddar cheese. Served in a toasted brioche bun with a good dollop of BBQ sauce this is one seriously good burger thats not for the faint hearted.
