Ingredients
Aloo Sabzi Vada
1 bowl leftover Aloo Sabzi
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Green Chilli Chopped
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Oil
Oil for frying
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Raw Mango Powder
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
6-8 Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Method of preparation
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, after they crackle add the curry leaves.
- Mix in all the rest of the tempering ingredients and add leftover sabzi. Combine it together
- Divide the potato mixture into equal sized portions, approximately the size of a lemon.
- Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry until golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with a chutney.
