Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredientsAloo Sabzi Vada1 bowl leftover Aloo Sabzi1 Onion finely chopped1 Green Chilli Chopped8-10 Curry Leaves1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp OilOil for frying¼ tsp Turmeric Powder¼ tsp Raw Mango Powder½ tsp Mustard Seeds6-8 Curry LeavesCoriander LeavesSalt to tasteMethod of preparation- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, after they crackle add the curry leaves.- Mix in all the rest of the tempering ingredients and add leftover sabzi. Combine it together- Divide the potato mixture into equal sized portions, approximately the size of a lemon.- Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry until golden brown in colour.- Serve hot with a chutney.
