BASMATI BACON RICE

COOK TIME:25 MINUTES
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Basmati rice
7 strips of smoked bacon, chopped.
1 small onion, diced.
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1tbsp vegetable oil
Salt

DIRECTION
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onion, garlic, stir and let sweat for 2 minutes.
Add smoked bacon, stir-fry until golden.
Add Basmati rice, stir and add salt, water and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Basmati Bacon rice ready to serve.
