Basic Mukhwas

Ingredients
¼ cup dhania dal
¼ cup fennel seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon turmeric powder

Method
1. Take some water in a bowl. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
2. Add some salt-turmeric water to dhania dal, fennel seeds and sesame seeds and mix well. Set aside till water gets soaked.
3. Heat a non-stick pan. Add dhania dal and roast till fragrant and crunchy. Transfer in a bowl and cool. Similarly dry roast sesame seeds and fennel seeds and mix all ingredients well.
4. Store in an airtight container.

Preparation Time: 8-10 minutes
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
