Basic Muffins Recipe I Cup Cake@Cooking with Asifa

Enjoy this homemade bakery-style soft n fresh muffin@Cooking with Asifa from scratch with its special ingredients to make blueberry muffins by Chef Asifa khan. A must try the recipe. Best for kids & home parties. Muffins are sweat miniature cakes, flat circular spongy roll cake made with eggs, plain flour & baking powder. Muffins are great to serve at lunch or tea party. You can eat them as a snack or treat with fruits or cream, as you like.
Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Castor sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Vanilla powder/essence 1 pinch
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix the flour n baking powder in a bowl.
Add butter n castor sugar with beaten egg to make a batter
Spoon into the muffin pans, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
Bake your muffins in oven at 180 for about 30 mins approx.
Check the Muffins with a toothpick/skewer inserted in the center should come out clean without crumbs on it, the muffins are ready.
