Bandhakopir Ghonto | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Bandhakopir Ghonto is a Cabbage and Potato sabzi. It is very easy to prepare. In this video, I have shown how to make Bandhakopir Ghonto at home with ingredients found in your kitchen. Given below are the ingredients of this Bengali recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 cubed Potato
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 Tomato
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 cups shredded Cabbage
1 tsp Ghee
