BANANA CAKE IN PANIngredients2 ripe bananas 1 egg ¾ cup castor sugar½ tsp vanilla essence⅓ cup oil1 cup milk1¼ cups refined flour3 tsps baking powderA pinch of salt1 tbsp butter2 tbsps brown sugarMethod1. Break egg in a bowl. Add castor sugar, vanilla essence, oil, milk and whisk well so that all the ingredients are combined well.2. Sift refined flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.3. Peel and cut the bananas into slices.4. Heat butter a nonstick pan. Switch off the heat, Spread the brown sugar evenly and arrange the banana slices on top.5. Switch on the heat and pour the batter on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Flip and cook on other side for 10-12 minutes on low heat.6. Remove cake from the pan and cool to room temperature.7.
