INGREDIENTS

Vanilla sponge cake, 2 inch square slices – 8
Yellow small (Elaichi) bananas, cut into round slice – 3 small
Unsalted butter – 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder – ¼ teaspoon
Almonds, finely chopped - 4-5 no’s
Honey – 2-3 tablespoons

Methods

1. Heat a non-stick pan and toast vanilla sponge from both the sides until golden brown and set it aside.
2. Place the toasted vanilla sponge cake slices onto a serving plate.
3. Take yellow small banana peel it and slice it.
4. Take a non-stick pan adds butter, sliced bananas, cinnamon powder, almonds and mix well.
5. Add honey and toss it again.
6. Place the cooked banana mixture onto vanilla sponge and serve immediately.
