HOW TO MAKE MUTTON KOFTA ANDA CURRY
INGREDIENTS FOR KOFTA:
1.mutton mince(500g or 1/2kg)
2. Onion (1 small chopped)
3.green chilli (1large chopped)
4.crushed ginger garlic (1tbsp)
5..fresh coriander (3tbsp chopped)
6.egg(1)
7.gram flour (3tbsp dry roasted)
8.coriander powder(1tbsp heaped)
9.whole spice powder(1/2 tsp)
10.cumin powder(1/2 tsp)
11.salt(1tsp)
12.red chilli powder (1tsp)

METHOD:
1.chop all the ingredients in chopper to make thin paste.
2.make balls by applying some water on your hands
3..deep fry into golden colour
4..set aside
