Ingredients:-
Chopped french beans: 2 tablespoons
Chopped carrots: 2 tablespoons
Chopped cauliflower: 5-6 florets
Sweet corn: 2 tablespoons
Peas: 2 tablespoons
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Paprika flakes: 1/4 teaspoon
Mixed herbs: 1/4 teaspoon
Grated Cheese: 2 tablespoons (30g)
All purpose flour: 2 teaspoons
Milk: 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method of preparation
Boil the vegetables and keep aside
Preheat the OTG to 175 °C
In a nonstick pan, add oil and all purpose flour. Cook till it starts to bubble
Add milk, cheese, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, paprika flakes and boiled vegetables. Let the mixture blend and thicken.
Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mix. Stir well so that the cheese sauce coats the vegetables well.
Spoon into a baking dish or ramekins and sprinkle some cheese on it. Place in the OTG for 10 minutes. Once the crust turns golden brown, remove from the OTG
Serve with garlic bread or as a standalone dish.
