Baked Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients:

3/4packspaghetti
1tspRobertsonsAtlanticSeaSalt
1tbspoliveoil
1onion,chopped
3clovesgarlic,minced
500gbeefmince
2tbsptomatopaste
1cancrushedtomatoes
1KnorrBeefStockPot
2tbspRobertsonsItalianHerbs
3eggs
1cupgratedcheese
Choppedbasilleaves

Directions:

1.Bringapotofwatertotheboil,add1tspsaltand3/4'sofapackofspaghetti.

2.Oncecookedstrainandsetaside.

3.Heatoliveoilinamediumsizedsaucepan,browntheoniontogetherwithgarlic.Oncetheonionistranslucentaddtheminceandcookuntilbrowned.

4.Addthetomatopasteandcrushedtomatoestothepanandstirtocombine.

5.AddtheKnorrstockpottothemixtureandcookfor15minutes.

6.Seasonwithsalt&Italianherbs.

7.Seperateout2cupsoftheminceandsetaside.
8.Addthecookedspaghettitotheremainingminceandstirtocombine.Add3eggstothemixture.

9.Greaseacaketinwithbutterbeforeaddingthespaghettibolognese.Smooththe spaghettidownwithyourspatulabeforecoveringwiththe2cupsminceand1cupcheese.10.Bakeat180Cfor25minutes.

11.Garnishwithchoppedbasil,slice,serve and ENJOY!
