Baked Sea Bream Stuffed with Herbs & Lemon - Tsipoures Sto Fourno

Here's a very easy vid for baked sea bream in the oven stuffed with herbs and lemon. Greeks affectionately call this dish tsipoures sto fourno or also called porgy in the oven. For this recipe, you can also use sea bass, red snapper or similar fish. Simply dress up your fish as in the video, bake off for about an hour and you will have a gorgeous fish main for supper. Serve with veggies, rice or potatoes and a Greek horiatiki salad.... Kali oreksi!!!!!

INGREDIENTS LIST

* 4 porgy (red snapper, trout or sea bass)
* 2 onions
* 3-4 sweet peppers
* 2 lemons
* Bunch fresh oregano (preferably Greek LOL)
* Bunch fresh parsley
* 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
* Salt & pepper to taste
