Baked potatoes with my nephew. #recipe

Ingredients:
6-8 russet potatoes (medium size)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
Mix well and bake at 425F for 25-30 min.

Avocado sauce:
1 big avocado
1 serrano pepper (optional)
Handful of cilantro
4-5 basil leaves
2-3 garlic cloves
1 big lime (juice)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup water or more for desired consistency. Also if you have a high-speed blender add less.
