Ingredients:
Yellow zucchini: 2 tablespoons
Red bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Yellow bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Green zucchini: 2 tablespoons
Pineapple: 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Paneer: 100 grams
Curd: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder: 2 teaspoons
Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1-2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder: 2 teaspoons
Chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
Fresh coriander: 2 teaspoons
Oil: 1 tablespoon

Method of preparation:
Cut the paneer and veggies into cubes.
Take a mixing bowl, add chopped veggies, pineapple, lemon juice, paneer, salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well and keep it aside.
In another bowl make a marinade with curd, salt, garam masala powder, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and coriander. Stir them well.
Thread yellow & red zucchini, paneer, bell peppers and pineapple onto skewers.
Heat oil to a grill pan, and grill the paneer skewers.
Now, place the paneer skewers on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
