Boiled macaroni tossed in creamy white sauce topped with grated cheese and baked.BAKED MAC AND CHEESE Ingredients½ cup boiled macaroni½ cup grated cheddar cheese1 tablespoon butter5 tablespoons refined flour1 cup milkSalt to tasteFresh parsley sprig for garnishing Method1. Preheat oven at 180º C. 2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon refined flour and sauté well, but make sure that it doesn’t turn brown.3. Add milk, little by little, and keep stirring till the sauce thickens. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.4. Switch off heat, add pasta and mix well. Fill ramekin moulds with the prepared mixture. 5. Grate cheese on top. Put the ramekin moulds on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. 6.
