GUJIYA DOUGH PREPARATION :
Wheat flour(Aata) – 3/4th cup
Refined flour(Maida) – 1/4th cup
Pinch of salt
Melted ghee – 3 tsp
Water – 1/4th cup 2 to 3 tbsp

HEALTHY GUJIYA FILLING :
Ghee – 1 tsp
Dry coconut/khopra – ½ cup grated
Jaggery – 3/4th cup crushed into fine pieces
Nuts & raisins chopped
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
