Ingredients:-
Soaked chickpeas: 1 cup
Grated carrot: 1
Salt to taste
A pinch of baking soda
Garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation
Take a bowl and add coarsely ground chickpeas, carrot, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, salt to taste and baking soda
Then season the mixture with spices. Add olive oil, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix it well
Take a small portion of falafel mixture and shape it into flat tikkis
Next, bake the tikkis for 10 minutes until cooked
Serve this crunchy falafel tikkis in the tiffin box.
