Ingredients:-
Refined flour: 1/2 cup
Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Beetroot puree: 2 tablespoons
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Sweet potato boiled and chopped: 1 medium
Onions chopped: 1/2 no
Oil: 3 teaspoons
Cumin seeds: 1 pinch
Chaat masala: 1/4 teaspoon

Method of preparation
Make a stiff dough with flour, ghee and beetroot puree.
In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add onion, sweet potato, chaat masala, salt and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.
Divide samosa dough into 3-4 balls. Make a rectangle and cut in half.
Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the centre and form samosa triangles.
Brush oil on the outside and bake in OTG for 15 mins at 180 °C until golden brown.
