Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:-Refined flour: 1/2 cupGhee: 1 teaspoon Beetroot puree: 2 tablespoonsKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoonsSalt to tasteSweet potato boiled and chopped: 1 mediumOnions chopped: 1/2 noOil: 3 teaspoonsCumin seeds: 1 pinch Chaat masala: 1/4 teaspoonMethod of preparationMake a stiff dough with flour, ghee and beetroot puree. In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add onion, sweet potato, chaat masala, salt and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Divide samosa dough into 3-4 balls. Make a rectangle and cut in half. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the centre and form samosa triangles. Brush oil on the outside and bake in OTG for 15 mins at 180 °C until golden brown.
