1 cup milk (240 ml) (room temperature)

Cream Cheese Frosting:
7 tablespoons soft butter (100 grams)
1 1/2 cups icing or powdered sugar (180 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
340 grams softened cream cheese
