Scrumptious tikkis made with pearl millet flour and deep-fried to perfectionBAJRA WADAIngredients1½ cups pearl millet flour (bajra flour)½ cup yogurt½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder¾ tsp coriander powder1 tsp white sesame seeds1 tbsp freshly chopped corianderSalt to taste2 green chillies choppedOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveMethod 1. Take bajra flour in a bowl. Add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, white sesame seeds, chopped coriander, salt and green chillies. Add sufficient water and knead into a dough.2. Divide dough into equal portions and shape each portion into medium sized tikkis and slightly flatten them.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, add the discs and deep fry on medium heat till nice and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
