Bajra Peanutbutter chocolate Barfi/Royals da Swaad/Indian Mithai | chefharpalsingh

Recipe
Ingredients
Bajra Flour 1 1/2 cup (Pearl Millet Flour )
Ghee 1/2 cup
Peanut Butter 1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup
Seedless dates chopped 1/2 cup
Jaggery 1 cup
Green Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon
Assorted Nuts 3 Tablespoons
Khoya (optional ) 1/4 cup

Method
1. In a pan heat ghee and add assorted nuts leaving some aside.
2. Now add the bajra flour and saute for about three to four minutes on medium heat.
3. Now add the peanut butter, dates and jaggery. Mix well, reduce heat to low.
4. Once jaggery melts, add the cocoa powder, green cardamom powder and mix.
5. Add khoya and remove from heat and mix well until the khoya has melted.
6. Grease a tray with ghee and sprinkle nuts and add the mixture, spread out evenly, cool the tray for about 45 minutes.
7. Un mould and cut into square and that is now ready for guilt free eating...
