This Bajra flour(Pearl Millet flour) Barfi is healthy and a great immunity booster dishRecipe Ingredients Bajra Flour 1 1/2 cup (Pearl Millet Flour )Ghee 1/2 cupPeanut Butter 1/2 cupCocoa Powder 1/4 cupSeedless dates chopped 1/2 cupJaggery 1 cupGreen Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoonAssorted Nuts 3 TablespoonsKhoya (optional ) 1/4 cupMethod1. In a pan heat ghee and add assorted nuts leaving some aside.2. Now add the bajra flour and saute for about three to four minutes on medium heat.3. Now add the peanut butter, dates and jaggery. Mix well, reduce heat to low.4. Once jaggery melts, add the cocoa powder, green cardamom powder and mix.5. Add khoya and remove from heat and mix well until the khoya has melted.6. Grease a tray with ghee and sprinkle nuts and add the mixture, spread out evenly, cool the tray for about 45 minutes.7.
