Try the tasty and healthy Bajra Gud Churi roti made with @nutralite_IndiaDoodhShakti probiotic butter spread to cherish your childhood memories…Bajra Gud Churi RotiPreparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 15 mins Serving : 4 pax Ingredients Quantity Bajra flour 1 ½ cup Wheat flour ½ cup Probiotic butter 100 gms Jaggery Crushed 1 ½ cup Ginger powder ½ tspn Saunf powder ½ tspn Cardamom powder ¼ tspn Warm water as required for kneading Method 1. In a Parat/Bowl shift bajra flour and wheat flour together. 2. Now with the help of warm water knead the flour into a soft dough. 3. Divide into 6-8 equal balls and roll into 4 inches disc. 4. Cook the Bajra rotis on tawa until done. 5. Now in a parat add all the cooked rotis, and all the other ingredients. 6. Crush the bajra rotis until the mix up with all the ingredients well. 7. Serve warm.
