Ingredients

Banana - 1
Pearl millet flour (Bajra ka atta) – 1 cup + for dusting
Sugar – 1-½ tablespoons
White butter for cooking

METHODS

1. Take a bowl, peel and mash banana.
2. Add pearl millet flour (bajra), sugar and lukewarm water and knead semi hard dough.
3. Divide dough into equal size round balls and roll into roti’s.
4. Heat a non-stick pan, and cook pearl millet (bajra) roti from one side.
5. Flip the cook side and apply white butter and cook from another side also.
6. Serve hot.
