BAINGAN BARTHA:
Brinjal purple, green tomato, chilly (Red-Green), Onion shoots
Chop: Finely chop chilly, Finely chop onion shallouts, chop tomato finely, chop ginger
Cooking:
1. Roast whole brinjal in fire like charcoal or grill
2. Peel the skin of brinjal after it cools.
3. In kadai heat oil, add cumin seeds, let it splutter.
4. Add white onion, add green tomato, add ginger, green chily, add turmeric powder, add salt saute.
5. Add roasted baingan, onion leaf cook all together for few minutes, remove from fire.
