| Badam Milk Recipe | Almond Milk

Ingredients:

Soaked Peeled Almond : 15-20
Sugar : cup (100gram)
Saffron (kesar) : 1 pinch
Mill : 1 ltr
Custard powder : 2 tsp
Almond Chopped : 6-8
Cashew : 6-8
Pista : 8-10
Cardamom powder : tsp

Instructions:
-Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 6 hours or in hot water for about 2 hours, then peel off the skin.
-Grind the peeled almonds to a fine paste using a blender or food processor.
-Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame until it starts to boil.
-Add the almond paste to the milk and stir well.
-Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Add the sugar and stir well until it dissolves completely.
-Add cardamom powder and saffron strands (if using) and stir well.
-Add chopped cashew and pista and cook for 2 minutes
-Remove from heat and let the badam milk cool down to room temperature.
-Refrigerate the badam milk for a few hours before serving.
-Garnish with saffron strands (if using) and serve
