| Badam Milk Recipe | Almond MilkIngredients:Soaked Peeled Almond : 15-20Sugar : cup (100gram)Saffron (kesar) : 1 pinchMill : 1 ltrCustard powder : 2 tspAlmond Chopped : 6-8Cashew : 6-8Pista : 8-10Cardamom powder : tspInstructions:-Soak the almonds in water overnight or for at least 6 hours or in hot water for about 2 hours, then peel off the skin.-Grind the peeled almonds to a fine paste using a blender or food processor.-Heat the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame until it starts to boil.-Add the almond paste to the milk and stir well.-Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.-Add the sugar and stir well until it dissolves completely.-Add cardamom powder and saffron strands (if using) and stir well.-Add chopped cashew and pista and cook for 2 minutes-Remove from heat and let the badam milk cool down to room temperature.-Refrigerate the badam milk for a few hours before serving.-Garnish with saffron strands (if using) and serveEnjoy your delicious and nutritious badam milk!
