We were challenged to make a burger inside a burger, but a burger can be many things. So we decided to make a miniature bacontor slider and put that inside a bigger baconator. Make a miniature baconator, which consists of a slider bun, two small square patties, two slices of cheese, two layers of bacon topped with ketchup and mayonnaise2.) Take approximately 3/4 pound of meat and flatten it out to about 1/4" thick and place your miniature baconator in the center of the "raw" meat3.) Fold the sides up around the miniature baconator until it looks like a breadbowl4.) Take another 1/4 pound of meat and flatten it out and place it on top as the lid5.) Spend some time blending the two parts together to prevent it from opening up6.) Grill each side on high heat for 2 minutes until the entire outside surface is browned7.) Finish it off in a 450°F preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked8.) Now you have a baconator inside a round piece of meat9.)
