BACONATOR STUFFED BACONATOR | HellthyJunkFood

We were challenged to make a burger inside a burger, but a burger can be many things. So we decided to make a miniature bacontor slider and put that inside a bigger baconator. There's several things I've done in my life, but this has to be the only one that just makes sense to me.

Bake @ 450°F: 20 minutes

Equipment:
• Cast Iron Skillet: http://amzn.to/1X4glQB
• Wax Paper

Ingredients:
• Hamburger Bun
• Slider Bun
• 2 Lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
• 6 Slices Cheddar Cheese
• 8 Thick Cut Bacon Strips
• Ketchup
• Mayonnaise

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions:

1.) Make a miniature baconator, which consists of a slider bun, two small square patties, two slices of cheese, two layers of bacon topped with ketchup and mayonnaise

2.) Take approximately 3/4 pound of meat and flatten it out to about 1/4" thick and place your miniature baconator in the center of the "raw" meat

3.) Fold the sides up around the miniature baconator until it looks like a breadbowl

4.) Take another 1/4 pound of meat and flatten it out and place it on top as the lid

5.) Spend some time blending the two parts together to prevent it from opening up

6.) Grill each side on high heat for 2 minutes until the entire outside surface is browned

7.) Finish it off in a 450°F preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fully cooked

8.) Now you have a baconator inside a round piece of meat

9.) Repeat step 1, with a regular sized hamburger bun, stuffed baconator patty, an additional square 1/4 lb patty, 4 slices of cheese, two layers of bacon topped with ketchup and mayonnaise
