First up we wrapped bacon around enoki mushrooms, a favourite at a lot of yakitori places and paired it with with mentaiko mayo. Next up the asparagus also another classic, the flavours from the bacon combined with the slight crunchy texture from the asparagus is superb. Lastly we wrapped bacon around large tiger prawns, seasoned simply with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon!All three are great ideas to add to a BBQ menu, and they are really simple to make as well!
