[email protected]Asian BBQ SauceIngredients1 teaspoon oil 6 cloves garlic1/4 inch sliced ginger1/4 of medium size onion1/2 of medium size apple1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup apple juice2 Tablespoons apple jelly3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce1 teaspoon gochujang3 Tablespoon ketchup1 teaspoon smoked paprika1/4 cup mirin1 teaspoon apple cider vinegarDirection1. Heat medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pan and swirl to coat. Add garlic, ginger, onion, apple and salt, saute 5 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add next 7 ingredients (through mirin), bring to boil. 2. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally. 3. Add vinegar to finish.
